20 May, 2017: Dr. Dunn Eggink on Helping Each Other Become Free

In this fifth and final class on the topic of Freedom, Dunn Eggink, Doctor of Law, teaches us how we can help each other become free. He explains that it is important for us to give up some of our freedom on a daily basis in order to share space with others, and to set others free from our expectations of them. Releasing them from their obligations to us will also help us become free from being angry at them as well as allowing them to become free from our bothering them.

18 May, 2017: Dr. Dunn Eggink on Current Institutions and our Freedom

In this class, Dunn Eggink, Doctor of Law, speaks on whether the institutions in the world today can be a help or hindrance in achieving our freedom. For the most part, they are a hindrance. Indeed, we do not need to create permanent organizations to “fight” for our freedom. We hardly need such institutions at all; rather we need sustainable communities, building our own relationships with friends and family.

11 May, 2017: Dr. Dunn Eggink’s 4th class on commerce law

In this class, Dr. Dunn Eggink explains how to represent yourself, making sure you know what your rights are and what you must do to properly present your claims in a court of law. We discussed some of the necessary elements that should be in a proper statement of claims. If you do have a lawyer, take responsibility to understand enough about your case so that he or she does what you want, and do not allow them to represent their own interests instead of your interests.

10 May, 2017: Dunn Eggink, Doctor of Law, teaching “commerce law” (3rd class)

In this class, Doctor of Law Dunn Eggink answers questions about why society has created criminality and how we have become entrapped in systems of law without our consent or even understanding what has happened to us.

Dr. Eggink explains that the word and the concept of “crime” is unnecessary, and should be replaced by “debt” because all we are really dealing with in so-called criminal activity is the creation of a debt or an obligation by the person who has injured someone else. That debtor must make a settlement to rectify or pay for their injurious action by doing what the injured party demands or, after discussion, agrees to accept. It is far better to come to this settlement without going to court. And if one does have to take the matter to court, it is far better to represent oneself as much as possible, rather than giving someone else the power to represent us. Therefore, it is important for us to understand the fundamental principles of law.

Dr. Eggink also answers the question about how we have been placed into systems of law without our consent. He explains that this has mostly been done by our parents and by generations of our ancestors. We have been trained to allow so-called “experts” and “representatives” to make decisions for us, to tell us what laws we will follow, rather thanĀ  judging for ourselves. We have the right to challenge laws that are used to violate our rights. “Do not allow others to tell you to follow rules that are unjust!” We have to accept responsibility for ourselves and speak for ourselves.

09 May, 2017: Dr. Dunn Eggink’s 2nd class on commerce law

Dunn Eggink, Doctor of Law, in this second class about “commerce law”, explains about debt and crimes, and how we can be charged with neither unless we have injured someone and that person brings a complaint against us. He also talks about courts, which are places where records are kept, and about how our signature is really our greatest asset, far more than any amount of gold. He describes implied and express consent.
